3. Court Time Bookings
3.1 Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled court time: Full refund
– Cancellations made 12-24 hours before scheduled court time: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled court time: No refund
– No-shows: No refund
3.2 Weather-Related Cancellations
– If our facility closes due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit for future use
– Weather-related cancellations by customers are subject to standard cancellation policy
4. Merchandise Returns
4.1 Return Eligibility
– Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
– Items must be unused and in original packaging
– Tags must be attached
– Receipt or proof of purchase required
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
– Personal hygiene items

– Used or damaged merchandise

– Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit
