4. Services  

We provide indoor pickleball court rentals and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. 

 

5. User Accounts 

5.1 Registration 

– You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account 

– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials 

– You must be at least 18 years old to create an account 

5.2 Account Security 

– You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account 

– You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account 

– We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion 

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy 

6.1 Court Bookings 

– All court bookings are subject to availability 

– Payment is required at the time of booking 

– Court times are strictly enforced 

6.2 Cancellations 

– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance 

– Late cancellations may be subject to fees 

– No-shows will be charged the full booking amount 

7. Payment Terms 

– All prices are in US dollars 

– Payment is required at time of booking 

– We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods 

– All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified 

8. Rules of Conduct 

Users must: 

– Follow facility rules and safety guidelines 

– Respect other players and staff 

– Use appropriate equipment 

– Maintain proper court etiquette 

– Not engage in dangerous or disruptive behavior 

9. Liability Waiver 

9.1 Assumption of Risk 

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with playing pickleball and related activities. 

9.2 Release of Liability 

You agree to release us from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

10. Intellectual Property  

10.1 Ownership 

All content on the Website is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

10.2 Limited License 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Onondaga County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. 

17. Force Majeure  

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.  

18. Entire Agreement  

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
